Shipments
Packages are generally dispatched within 1- 2 business days after receipt of payment and are shipped via USPS Priority Mail (except for books) with a tracking number. If you prefer delivery by Fedex 2-day service, an additional cost will be applied, so please contact us before choosing this method. Whichever shipment choice you make, we will provide you with a link to track your package online.
Shipping fees include handling and packing fees as well as postage costs. Transport fees vary according to total weight of the shipment. Your package will be dispatched at your own risk, but special care is taken to protect fragile objects.
Shipments to destinations outside the USA occur higher transport fees depending on weight. Importation handling, customs fees, VAT fees and any issues with importation is the sole responsibility of the buyer.
RETURNS
Any unopened, unused product can be returned for a full refund except for the shipping fee, unless there was a mistake on our part. Please see TERMS for more information.
